2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, melbit may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete. The following documents are commonly required:

• A scan or photo of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, melbit reserves the right to close the account immediately and forfeit the balance.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred taka) — applicable for all methods.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and may result in account closure.
• A confirmation message will be sent after each transaction is completed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be held during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users are responsible for any transaction charges and taxes.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• A balance is required before participating in any game. Betting with a negative balance is not permitted.
• If a game result is cancelled due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting any bug or technical issue in the game software to gain an advantage is prohibited, and any winnings obtained this way will be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost, the game will revert to its previous state, and the result of that session will be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• If a match is cancelled, rescheduled, or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to melbit's established rules.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. Any remaining balance is withdrawable before closure, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by melbit

melbit reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or money laundering.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• In accordance with a court order or government directive.
• At the user's own request to impose responsible gaming limits.

• Losses caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues.
• Game sessions interrupted due to unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing login credentials with others.
• Failures of third-party software or services.
